1. Scope
This Privacy Policy describes the first-release Barkerapp website. It should be reviewed with qualified legal counsel before a mainnet production launch.
2. Public blockchain data
Wallet addresses, contract calls, transaction hashes, block numbers, block timestamps and contract state are public blockchain data. barkerapp reads and may display this data to connected users and in the public activity interface.
Public blockchain records are maintained by the network, not by barkerapp, and generally cannot be deleted or changed by this website.
3. Wallet information
barkerapp requests access to a public wallet address only after the user chooses to connect. The interface may read the current chain ID, native BOT balance, Barkerapp contract profile and confirmed participation state.
barkerapp does not request, collect or store seed phrases, private keys, keystore files or wallet passwords. It does not custody wallets or user deposits.
4. Local transaction recovery
To recover a pending transaction after a page refresh, the browser may store only the transaction hash, wallet address, chain ID, action type and submission time in local storage. These fields are non-sensitive public or operational identifiers.
Local recovery state is cleared after a definitive successful or reverted receipt. A user may also clear site data through their browser. barkerapp does not place signatures, private keys, seed phrases, authentication tokens or wallet secrets in local storage.
5. Analytics
This deployment includes Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate site usage and reliability. Its behavior depends on the deployment and Vercel configuration. barkerapp does not use analytics data to create a private points balance or determine on-chain eligibility.
If additional analytics, cookies or storage are introduced, this Policy should be updated before collection begins.
6. Infrastructure providers
Wallet software, WalletConnect, BOT Chain RPC services, BOT Chain Explorer and Vercel operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Requests to those services may expose ordinary network information such as IP address, user agent and requested blockchain method to the applicable provider.
7. Retention and deletion
barkerapp does not operate a first-release account database for points. Browser-local pending data remains on the device until confirmation, failure, manual site-data removal or an application cleanup event. Public blockchain data remains subject to the BOT Chain network rather than a Barkerapp deletion process.
Aggregate deployment analytics are retained according to the configured analytics provider policy and project settings.
8. Security
No internet or blockchain system is perfectly secure. Users should verify the network, wallet, contract address, treasury, BOT value and transaction details before signing. barkerapp will never ask a user to send a seed phrase or private key.
9. Changes
This Policy may be updated as the product, infrastructure or applicable requirements change. A revised effective date should be published with material updates.
10. Contact
A project contact address has not yet been configured. The project owner must add and verify an official contact channel before mainnet production launch.
